The sad reality of New Year’s resolutions is that 92% of them are down the tubes by January 15th—a mere 14 days after you tell yourself you WILL do them. It’s shocking! And then again it’s not so shocking. Few people realize that it is actually how you end the previous year that matters most for achieving your goals.
Preparation is the key to your victory. And a part of that includes figuring out what went right and wrong the year before. You need to learn and integrate the lessons so you don’t keep repeating the same patterns.
Today I am dreaming of 2017. Every December I sit down with my workbook and figure out what is next. I am going to:
- Reflect on the past year
- Release what does not serve me
- Dream and design my goals for 2017
- Find out my big why (the BIGGEST reason why resolutions fail by January 15th)
- What I need to accomplish these goals
As your holiday gift, I have created a beautiful workbook for you to do these same exercises with me so you can THRIVE in 2017. AND in the Facebook group, I will be giving you my personal tips and making sure you get it all done.
The best part is that you don’t have to get everything done right now. You can do this at any time. What matters is planting your seeds of intention. This workbook can be used whenever you have a new goal in mind!
